The most-recently-used (MRU) files list displays the last used tracks. The number of items displayed in the list defaults to four, but can be changed in MRU File Lists settings.
Simply click on the track you want to load and CDGFix 3 Super will handle it as if you had used File Open and selected the track.
(select the drop-down arrow to display the most-recently-used files list)
